The Middlesex County Academy for Allied Health and Biomedical Sciences, also known as Woodbridge Academy, is a four-year career academy and college preparatory magnet public high school. Woodbrige Academy is found in Woodbridge Township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as part of the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical Schools, which serves students of many diverse cultures from all over Middlesex County. While enrolled in this high school student are able to receive college credits for classes based in allied health and biomedical sciences. 

The Academy at Woodbridge is a public high school that is part of the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical School District.  The Academy's focus is to provide high school students with an intense curriculum to prepare them for college majors in the medical and biomedical research fields.  Students are accepted on an application basis.  All students take an honors curriculum with an emphasis on the sciences.  Students have opportunities to take Advanced Placement courses as well as courses affiliated with Rutgers University School of Health Professions.
